Baseline prices are provided at the time of an initial quote, and will be adjusted and negotiated for custom work. Informational business websites with a free CMS (content management system) will price very affordably (under $250), as I am still building a portfolio. Most "web designers" will charge you an arm and a leg for something that took them 15 minutes, but will use creative marketing to make it valuable. That's not what I'm about. I will give you an honest assessment of how long something will take and its real-life complexity.
